Specifically
a)Knowledge : She knows the ins and outs of the buying process and was able to lend feedback at every stage and point out anomalies which we would never have detected. Also, her estimates as for what the houses might sell at was very accurate.
b)Patience: We visited several properties and she was there for every listing ; she helped guide our decision making process when it was meandering and we were ourselves unclear.
c)Response time: We got an almost immediate response pretty much anytime we contacted her.

We stumbled upon Monika through some casual conversations with friends and family. We were first time home buyers looking to engage in the market - surely but steadily. Monika was really responsive and immediately started working through the initial few homes that we liked. Per our needs, she helped us gauge the market while being cautious for the first few bids. We had a highly constrained home search due to school for our kids and access to the Bart. Monika helped navigate the pros & cons of the various areas and also kept exposing us to nuances of a winning bid. After 4-5 unsuccessful attempts, we found the right balance on our offer and successfully won the bid.
We realized that winning the bid, though frustrating after the initial few failed attempts, was the easy part of the process. Our case was a bit complex, after one of the lender backed out of the pre-qual offer. With potentially the home and/or the deposit money at risk, Monika quickly helped us get in touch with the right alternative lender and worked diligently & patiently with the other agent. She not only helped us close the home and loan successfully, she did it on time while safe guarding our interest all along. We are still in touch with her as we plan to move into our new home. Monika is the best real estate agent that I have worked with. She has amazing attention to details in every aspect of the home purchase starting from scheduling the house tour, figuring out best price for putting an offer for purchase, helping with bank loan and escrow process, helping with finding issues with the home from inspection report, communicating with seller agent on time, and ensuring that home closing happens on time by removing all hurdles that come in the way. She is very pro active at communication and also she identifies all sorts of risks with lenders, home closing, putting offers ahead of time and makes the life of a purchaser super easy due to her ability to have attention to details of each and every aspect of purchase. Also she is by far the most knowledgeable agent I have ever seen in terms of knowing the Bay Area housing market, lender knowledge and their nuances.
